Slowing down to experience and reflect on the smells, sounds and sights of nature can be an effective tonic to our fast-paced lives. This summer, Tecumseh Land Trust and the Yellow Springs Dharma center are collaborating to provide a series of Nature Meditation walks in Glen Helen Nature Preserve aimed at just that. The walks will take place between 4 and 5 PM the last Sundays of June, July, August, September, and October. They will start and end at the fire circle at Glen Helen’s Outdoor Education Center, accessed from 1075 State Route 343, Yellow Springs. These walks are free and open to the public.
