Nature Meditation Walk

Meditation is a great way to lower stress and feel better. Bill Felker will lead the session. There will be a short introduction for instructions, 20 minutes of walking, 20 minutes of writing and 10 minutes of sharing time. Be sure to wear comfortable hiking clothes and bring water.

Meet at the Fire Circle at Glen Helen's Outdoor Education Center off of Route 343 in Yellow Springs. This event is brought to you by Tecumseh Land Trust & the Dharma Center.
